Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great, near many attractions, but the noise from the hockey tournament teenagers made it hard to rest properly. The room was comfortable, although the high light fixtures were a bit inconvenient for reaching from the bed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not very clean, with a musty smell that didn't live up to Sheraton Four Points quality. The location was good for exploring Cap but was hindered by the warm weather affecting balcony enjoyment. The service was friendly and welcoming, with a nice touch of a Christmas gift bag in the lobby for each guest-room.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a room overlooking the enclosed center courtyard with a pool giving a nice view. The interior courtyard and pool area were within a 6-minute walk, though there was a slight concern about cleanliness. The service was very welcoming and the staff proved to be kind, always available, and incredibly helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the magic of Cap, with a very clean room and the convenience of ordering food at Bellamy's to go. Unfortunately, the cold weather during my stay made it challenging to enjoy the area fully.
I found the hotel to be an overall great stay with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a perfect location. However, the dining options were not up to par and the room allocation was not as expected.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were hanging off the hooks and to the other side, which was a bit odd, but they were clean and updated. However, the facilities seemed worn out. The service was exceptional, as the staff was so attentive in the breakfast area and always available to assist. The location was well-equipped, quiet yet near everywhere I wanted to go, making it perfect for my needs. Sadly, the dining experience that would have been a nice amenity didn't meet expectations, but the gyudon dishes were delicious.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, but the surroundings were not great due to nearby construction. The service was friendly and attentive, but the warm weather hindered balcony enjoyment. The location was good, especially for those with trailers, despite some cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was lacking, and the facilities were decent.
